He aims to use this diversified industry experience in bringing about a positive change in the areas of customer support, alarm center response management, process quality, brand communication and client retention. A go-getter with a positive attitude, Jitin believes in team spirit and has successfully handled positive teams catering to diverse operations in earlier assignments. In his free time: Jitin loves to embark on solo road trips to unchartered destinations on his Royal Enfield. A complete and satisfying day off for him is a competitive cricket session with his buddies and spending quality time with his son in the park.
